Outsourced year-end accounts, with working papers your reviewer can follow.
Statutory accounts for your limited company clients, prepared from their records by Chartered Accountants and reviewed by a CA partner before they reach you. Your practice reviews, approves and files.
What you receive for each client.
Everything your reviewer needs to sign off, in one file.
Draft statutory accounts
Micro-entity accounts under FRS 105, or small company accounts under FRS 102 Section 1A, with the notes the framework requires.
Lead schedules and working papers
A trial balance, a lead schedule for each balance and every journal explained, so your reviewer can trace each figure.
Year-end adjustments
Accruals, prepayments, depreciation and the fixed asset register, stock and deferred income, each supported.
Director's loan account
Reconciled for the year, with any overdrawn balance at the year-end flagged for your attention.
Balances agreed
Bank reconciled to the statement, and VAT and PAYE liabilities agreed to the returns.
Review points
A short list of judgements for your reviewer and questions for the client, instead of surprises at sign-off.
The size thresholds, since April 2025.
For financial years beginning on or after 6 April 2025, a company is micro or small if it meets at least two of the three limits. We'll confirm the framework for each client with you before we start.
| Micro-entity (FRS 105) | Small (FRS 102 Section 1A) | |
|---|---|---|
| Turnover | Not more than £1 million | Not more than £15 million |
| Balance sheet total | Not more than £500,000 | Not more than £7.5 million |
| Average employees | Not more than 10 | Not more than 50 |
Extra hands for busy season, without hiring.
Year-ends bunch around 31 March and 31 December, and the filing deadlines follow nine months later. A team that already knows your clients takes the preparation off your staff, so they can review, advise and keep up with the rest.
- NDA and UK GDPR data processing terms before any data is shared
- Your year-end checklist built into our preparation
- The same accountants on your clients each year
- Your practice keeps sign-off, filing and the client relationship
Do you file with Companies House or HMRC?
No. We prepare the accounts and working papers to filing-ready standard. Your practice reviews, approves and files.
What do you need for each client?
Access to the bookkeeping, last year's accounts and trial balance, bank statements to the year-end, fixed asset details and your year-end checklist. Anything missing goes on the query list.
What if the books are a mess?
We tidy and reconcile the year first, and tell you before we start if a file needs more time than expected.
How is it priced?
After the pilot you get a fixed written quote: a fixed fee per set of accounts, hourly, or a dedicated team member at a monthly fee.
