Fill in the form. We reply within one working day with our NDA.
Once the NDA is signed, you invite us as a user in the client's Xero or QuickBooks Online file. You can remove access at any time.
Bookkeeping, reconciliations or the task you choose, reviewed by a Chartered Accountant and usually delivered within 5 working days.
You review the work and we send a fixed written quote. If it isn't right for you, that's the end of it.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. We do up to 10 hours of real work on one client at no charge, so you can judge us on your own files.
What do you need from us?
A signed NDA, user access to the client file you choose, your chart of accounts and any coding rules or review checklist you already use.
Will the client know about us?
Not unless you tell them. We work inside your systems and under your firm's name, and any questions for the client go through your team.
What happens after the pilot?
You get a fixed written quote: a fixed fee per client per month, hourly, or a dedicated team member at a monthly fee. There's no obligation to go ahead.
